Whether we need to organize a cozy family dinner or a full blown wedding party, whether we want to build a backyard shed or a castle, we need somebody to take charge and oversee the work. A good leader knows what needs to be done, is generous with his knowledge, makes sure that everybody has the right tools and motivates all people involved. That could be us today. And if we do not want to be that leader, let's give our support to the best candidate for the job! Our world is shaped by the leaders we choose to follow, in that choice lies our own power to rule our world.
