Gathering food in order to eat well and make it through the winter is a good thing. So is gathering objects to make our life easier and to give us a sense of security and wealth. But a lot of us are overdoing it. Sometimes gathering becomes hoarding and we feel that in stead of owning our stuff we are being owned by it. With the change of the seasons it is a good idea to declutter our houses and our lives. Literally; start throwing away what you do not need! Recycle things, donate things to charity, sell your excess stuff and create room to breathe. Enough is enough!
