Boundaries are often disrespected on a very real, physical level. This happens on a large scale during warfare but also on a much smaller scale in the personal sphere. Whatever the scale on which this occurs, it is always traumatic for the people concerned. So let us be extra vigilant today and make sure we take care of our own boundaries as well as of those of others.
