In our ambition driven society we tend to value waking hours over the hours we spend sleeping. At the same time anybody who has ever involuntarily spend a night lying awake in bed knows the value of a good and undisturbed sleep. We know that sleeping disorders lead to all kinds of problems, both to our physical as well as to our mental health. Therefore the message of today's cast is of vital importance; take time to sleep!
