Somebody didn't sleep enough last night and that might very well be us. It is hardly surprising we feel the way we do on the 1st of January! New years eve is taking its toll. So let's not be overly enthusiastic this day and let us try to work a little rest into our schedule. Just a nap in the afternoon might be enough to get us through the day. Followed by an early night, and tomorrow we'll be as good as new.
