We need to start anew. At least we have to think about how we want to shape our lives again. And although the Elf is usually the first to be excited about new beginnings, today he is not. This combination of coins can indicate that we need to take a break from worrying and planning ahead. Yes we have to figure out how to proceed from here but we do not have to decide today what we are going to do. We are allowed to take some time before we engage in a new chapter of our lives.
