We have a lot of responsibilities in the world and we feel obligated to support and nourish just about everybody and their uncle. It is time to realize that half of the duties we feel are ours, are actually not ours to bear at all. If we want the people around us to grow up and become strong and independent, we need to acknowledge their autonomy. So let's back off and grant our loved ones some space to make their own decisions and make their own mistakes.
Don't just read the future; help create it!
