Everybody knows it, nobody likes it; with life and love comes loss and grief. Everything we started also has to end and today is one of those days that we are very aware of that fact. Let's sit with that awareness for a while; what is it we lost? And how can we take time to properly mourn that which was taken away from us so that the wound an heal in stead of fester? A quote from Raghav Gupta comes to mind: "it's not the pain that ruins us, it's the things we do to avoid the pain". Let's honor our grief or our pain so we prepare ourselves for moving forward.
